All bookings can be canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours for a full refund or rescheduled.

To confirm an appointment, a deposit of 50% is required. The remaining balance can be paid by cash or card on the day of your appointment.

Please note: If you choose to reschedule your appointment, a new deposit will be required.

Location:

• Our location is in South East London. The full address will be provided once the appointment has been booked and the deposit has been received.

Lateness:

• Please make every effort to arrive on time, as lateness can disrupt other clients.
• A 15 minute grace period is allowed. 
• If you are more than 15 minutes late a £20 late fee will apply.
• After 20 minutes, your appointment will automatically be cancelled.

• Braids
  • Please bring only pre-stretched extensions for your appointment.

• Wigs & Frontals
  • Wigs or frontals must be delivered to the salon (or posted) at least five days before your appointment to avoid additional fees.
  • Bringing your wig or frontal on the same day will incur a £15 fee. For same-day customization, the charge is £25.

• Hair Extensions
  • If you are bringing your own hair extensions, they must be clean and ready for installation unless your book an extra service for washing.

• Scalp Treatments
  • If you are booking a scalp treatment, please avoid applying any heavy oils or products to your hair 24 hours before your appointment.

• Facials & Skin Treatments
  • Please arrive with a clean, makeup-free face.
  • If you are undergoing any skin treatments, avoid exfoliation or harsh skincare products 48 hours before your appointment.

• Fat-Dissolving Injections
  • (Must to book consultation before your appointment)
  • Avoid alcohol and caffeine 24 hours before your appointment.
  • Drink plenty of water before and after the treatment for best results.

• Massages
  • Arrive at least 10 minutes early to allow time for a consultation.
  • If you have any medical conditions, please inform us in advance.

• Nail Services
  • If you have existing acrylics, gel, or nail extensions that need removal, please book a removal service as well to allow sufficient time for your new set.
